For this recipe, we rely on our trusty Cold Brew Bag – a game-changer in the world of coffee brewing. Its simplicity makes it a breeze to use, ensuring that even coffee novices can whip up a delicious batch of cold brew with ease.

My partner Shane and I have done the legwork to nail down the ideal coffee to water ratio. We've found that using 28 grams of Gay Coffee beans per 1 cup of water yields a cold brew that's just right – not too strong, not too weak. Of course, everyone's taste buds are different, so feel free to adjust the ratio or steeping time to suit your preferences.

To get started, grind your Gay Coffee beans coarsely and add them to the Cold Brew Bag. Place the bag in a pitcher filled with filtered water, then let it steep for 12-24 hours. When the time's up, give the bag a gentle squeeze to extract every last bit of flavor.
