The Cold Brew Blend combines beans from Mexico and Papua New Guinea. The Papua New Guinea Dark Roast offers a beautiful, full-bodied, chocolaty cup, while the Mexico medium roast is smooth and rich, perfect for your favorite cold brew. (Fair Trade Organic)
What is your approach to sourcing beans?
We roast small batches of ethically sourced Fair Trade Organic and Direct Trade beans, prioritizing the environment in our coffee-making journey.

Can I customize the grind size for my coffee beans?
We ship our beans whole, ensuring maximum freshness. Each order includes a Cold Brewing Instruction card suggesting a coarse grind, perfect for cold brew. However, you can always grind the beans at home to match the brewing style of your choice.

How often do you roast your coffee, and when should I place my order for the freshest delivery?
We roast to order in small batches every Tuesday. To ensure your coffee is part of our weekly roast, kindly place your order by Sunday. This may cause a slight delay, but it guarantees the freshest and most flavourful Gay Coffee delivered straight to you!
What should I do if there's an issue with my order?
While we pack each order with care, if any issues arise, please send us a photo, and we'll make it right.
Do you accept returns for coffee beans?
Since our primary product is a consumable, returns are not possible to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. However, if there's an issue with a non-food item in your order, please reach out via our "Contact Us" page.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but we're committed to making sure you're happy with your order. If any concerns arise, let us know, and we'll do our best to address them.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
