Matthew, our resident creative director, brings a wealth of expertise in coffee and commerce to the table. Meanwhile, Shane, an established mixologist with a background in craft cocktails and hospitality, has led the R&D of Gay Coffee's roast. His expertise has been instrumental in creating the perfect roast and brewing process for our signature blend of beans.
